In 2007, Alastair and Sue, and Paul and Leony set off in search of a holiday home that they would never tire of visiting.
We found Villa Oleander in need of some love but with the most perfect view - almost as if Mougins Old Village was founded just for us, and then added the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains for good measure. It is this 5 star view that we have strived to match in everything else that we have done.
Villa Oleander is 20 minutes drive from a Nice International Airport and less than 20 minutes walk from the wonderful restaurants and galleries of Mougins. Villa Oleander has 3 ensuite bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. It is perfect for a family or a group of friends, and young children are very welcome. We are delighted to share this wonderful environment with our guests.

Better than you’d hope it to be!
As soon as we watched the video of the villa photos when we were researching where to go in France, we knew we had to come here! And it certainly didn’t disappoint.
The villa is just how you’d hope it to be – even better actually. We have been having our meals on the terrace. It has been perfect for us and our 4 year old twins. The pool has been great and everything inside and out is very well maintained and of a high standard. The welcome pack of food upon arrival was very much appreciated. We plan to come back next summer if possible! Easy reach of Valbonne and the beach at Mandelieu. Had a fantastic time. Was very useful having all the information you sent us on where to go/visit etc.

Thank you for everything. We had a fantastic time in your beautiful villa. The views are amazing and we feel very privileged to have shared them. Hopefully we will again in the future. This has been a very special time for us.
A quality villa in an idyllic location
We were returning guest to this beautiful villa. As a small group of very fussy travellers we were pleased to see that Villa Oleander continues to impress.
Beautifully maintained pool and gardens and a view from the terrace across to Moujin that is unmatched in the area. Serenity within easy reach of some of the most noted restaurants in the area.
You may not want to leave!
We will certainly return.
The most spectacular views one could wish for
The house was everything we hoped for and visits out to Monaco, Valbonne, and of course Mougins were great. Thank you to Emma for helping us when illness struck, the boys weren’t sad that they had to spend another day in the gorgeous pool.
Great location and awesome view
The listing and photos were very accurate, but nothing can do justice to the view across the valley except being there. The house is very nice with a magical MBR with French doors in 2 directions. The house is also very well located near with easy access to Cannes and to the north. Dinner on the terrace off the LR/kitchen is worth the trip alone. The owners and local management made everything easy. Highly recommended.
